Tax Compliance Outsourcing Sernior Manager

This Big 4 firm is investing heavily in its tax compliance outsourcing business as part of its global strategy for growth in Tax. To help deliver on this it is looking for a senior manager to join this team to help manage and build on its market capability.

The team is very client focused and prides itself on building long term relationships with its clients which stretch across all market sectors and range from large FTSE 100 type global businesses to mid-cap corporates and entrepreneurial companies

The role will be to:

• Actively build and sustain client relationships;
• Manage the delivery of corporate tax compliance engagements and compliance outsourcing contracts;
• Provide ad-hoc client tax advice, solutions to client problems and ensure clients are responding to any changes in tax legislation
• Helping clients to drive efficiency through the compliance process, improving controls, and leveraging technology;
• Working with directors and partners to generate new work and supporting proposals and propositions with existing and new clients

The right person will need to have good experience of compliance outsourcing or tax compliance and reporting experience for multinational businesses. To be considered you will need to be a self-starter, be keen to learn and thrive in a growing business and be keen to take on a varied role.

Although the team is based in London, you could be based out of an office in one of the other UK regions. The firm offers a very flexible working environment and you will benefit from working in a close knit people centric team.
