In-house Partnership Tax

Working as the number 2 in this global international law firm you will lead on all international tax matters, working closely with the Head of Tax, Head of Finance and international mobility colleagues.

Managing a team of tax specialists you will have responsibility for:

• Developing and manging the firm’s tax strategy with the Head of Tax
• Managing and minimising tax risk and monitoring and improving processes and controls
• Working with key senior stakeholders to incorporate the tax angle with the firm’s strategic initiatives
• Handling and managing international reporting issues such as country by country reporting, BEPS and TP matters
• Ensuring the corporate and partnership compliance, tax audit and enquiries are dealt with by the team efficiently and comprehensively
• Overall responsibility for employment tax and mobility tax issues
• Managing, developing and mentoring the international tax team.

The right person will be a senior manager/director with excellent experience of working in a partnership and must have the ability to understand how to make tax support the commercial drivers of a complex international business
