Equity Reward Senior Manager

This Big 4 national team focuses on equity reward issues for private capital, AIM listed and PE backed businesses and is currently experiencing a significant uptick in work. As part of this growth it is looking for a senior manager to focus on this market segment and be committed to building a case for director.

The role will be to:

• design and structure new incentive plans;
• review existing plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose;
• support clients on the ongoing operation of existing incentive plans including tax, tax reporting and legal support;
• advise on the impact of any corporate transactions on existing or new incentive plans.

As the team is based nationally, your current location is less of an issue as long as you can access one of the firm’s offices in Reading, London, Bristol or Birmingham.

The right person will currently be working in equity reward either in-house, for an accounting firm, or at a legal practice. You will be at either senior manager level or looking to step up.

The team offers a genuine opportunity to progress quickly and offers exposure to a broad range of issues. Flexible working is in the firm’s DNA and also applications for part-time working are welcome.
